Information We Will require
In order to help, we will need some information from you, so please have it to hand. This includes:
• Details of your income and expenditure
• Your current financial position
• Any shares or savings that you have
• Your financial obligations to priority creditors, rent, mortgage, child maintenance, fuel etc.
We may ask you to provide documentary evidence of the above, however, it is best to discuss the matter with us as soon as possible.
Please also bear in mind that should you be in serious financial difficulty or feeling the pressure from numerous creditors pressing for payment, there are a number of organisations that offer free debt advice and it may be in your best interests to contact them. They will help you assess your financial situation and prioritise your creditors. We will always comply with the 30 day breathing space policy for you to contact these organisations who will assess your financial circumstances. Please let us know as soon as possible should this be the the best course of action for you.
